任瑶个人简介
任瑶，教育学博士，获美国博士学位，兼具中西方教育背景与跨文化学术视野。研究方向涵盖跨文化交际、跨文化教育心理学、课程与教学论及国际教育，重点关注国际员工教育、中国文化课程建设与国际化教学创新。长期从事国际员工课程教学与跨文化人才培养实践，致力于推动中国文化的国际化表达与传播。

Yao Ren, Ph.D. in Education, received her doctoral degree in the United States and has an educational background spanning both China and the United States, which has shaped her cross-cultural academic perspective. Her research interests include intercultural communication, cross-cultural educational psychology, curriculum and instruction, and international education, with a particular focus on international student education, Chinese culture curriculum development, and innovation in internationalized teaching. She has long been engaged in teaching courses for international students and in fostering students’ cross-cultural competence and is committed to promoting the global presentation and communication of Chinese culture.
